HG plastic protector is a unique, easy-to-apply liquid polymer emulsion which, once dry, forms a shiny and wafer-thin, but extremely strong protective film. This protects plastic floors such as vinyl, linoleum, marmoleum, PVC and cast floors against wear, scratches and other damage. This protective film also masks already existing wear marks and also gives an anti-slip effect.

Application

HG synthetic floors protective film with gloss (product 77) is a unique and easy-to-apply polymer emulsion. After drying, this liquid emulsion forms a shiny and wafer-thin, but extremely strong protective film. It protects plastic floors such as vinyl, linoleum, marmoleum, PVC and cast floors against wear, scratches and other damage. This protective film for synthetic floors also masks existing wear marks and provides an anti-slip effect. 1 litre is good for approximately 40m2 per coat.

Instructions for use

• Even with new plastic floors, the surface must be completely clean, grease- and dust-free
• Remove any old wax, polish and polymer layers
• For any necessary treatments: see the HG synthetic floor treatment matrix on the side of this bottle
• For good distribution, preferably use a wax dispenser (see the illustration on the front of this bottle)
• If desired, a clean, lint-free (tea) cloth wrapped around a squeegee can also be used
• Do not shake before use and pour the liquid undiluted over the floor and then spread it over the floor in one direction, without exerting pressure on the wax dispenser or squeegee
• When the product has dried, after about 60 minutes, a second coat can be applied at right angles to the first coat if necessary
• Approximately 1 to 2 hours after the last treatment, the floor can be walked on normally and is fully cured after 3 days
• Consumption: 40 m² per litre per coat
